Sonette established her practice in 1999, following her graduation with a Bachelor’s in Communication Pathology from the University of Pretoria in 1997. This degree qualified her as an Audiologist and Speech-Language Therapist. After practicing both professions for several years, she chose to specialize in audiology. She served as the Gauteng Branch Chairperson of the South African Association of Audiologists (SAAA) from 2010 to 2013, and has organized and chaired numerous day seminars.
She consistently participates in courses updating her on new technology and hearing aid developments, demonstrating her expertise in hearing aids and fittings. Providing professional service and quality products is a priority for her. She values building personal relationships with her patients and their families, which forms the foundation of her practice.
